How does flight tracking work?
When you book, provide your flight number. Our system automatically monitors your flight status and adjusts your pickup time if there are delays or early arrivals. If your flight is delayed, you're NOT charged extra.
Where will the driver meet me?
For domestic arrivals, drivers typically meet you at baggage claim with a name sign. For international arrivals, they meet you in the arrivals hall after customs. You'll receive specific instructions via text/email before landing.
How much waiting time is included?
Domestic arrivals: 45 minutes after landing. International arrivals: 60 minutes after landing. This accounts for deplaning, baggage claim, and customs. Small delays beyond this are usually accommodated at no charge.
Is gratuity included?
No, gratuity is not included. Standard tip is 15-20% of the fare. You can add it during booking or provide cash/credit directly to the driver.
What if I have a lot of luggage?
Please inform us when booking. Standard sedans hold 2-3 large suitcases. If you have more, we'll recommend an SUV or van. All drivers provide luggage assistance.
Can I make stops on the way?
Yes! You can add stops during booking or request them with your driver. Common stops include grocery stores, offices, or secondary drop-offs. Small detours are often included.
