How far in advance should I book?

What's included in the rental?
All rentals include: professional driver, LED lighting, premium sound system, climate control, ice & coolers, Bluetooth connectivity, and multiple venue stops. BYOB beverages are welcome for 21+ events. Texas State compliant service and bartender options available.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! For 21+ events, BYOB is welcome. We provide full bar setup with ice, cups, and mixers. For under-21 events, soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages only. Texas ordinance requires responsible beverage service (our drivers are trained professionals).
What are your pricing and minimums?
Prices range from $240-$400+ per hour depending on bus size and amenities. Typical minimum is 3-4 hours for hourly rentals. We offer point-to-point transportation as well. Use our quote form for exact pricing based on your specific needs and date.
How many people fit on a party bus?
Our fleet ranges from 15-30 passenger capacities. Small buses fit 15-18 guests comfortably, mid-size buses accommodate 20-25 guests, and our large party buses hold 25-30 people. Each person gets a comfortable seat with plenty of room to move and party!
Can you help plan our itinerary?
Absolutely! Our drivers are experienced with Houston venues and can suggest popular stops at clubs, bars, breweries, and restaurants. Tell us your preferences and budget, and we'll coordinate pickup times, venue stops, and drop-offs perfectly.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30+ days out: full refund minus $100 admin fee. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund but you can reschedule within 6 months. Contact us immediately if plans change!
Do you offer special event services?
Yes! We specialize in bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, corporate events, brewery tours, and club crawls. We can coordinate decorations, special surprises, photo stops, and VIP club entry. Let us know what you're planning!
Are drivers experienced with Houston traffic?
All our drivers are licensed, insured professionals with extensive Houston experience. They know the best venues, current traffic patterns, I-45 shortcuts, and how to navigate Houston's streets efficiently. Background-checked and trained in customer service excellence.
