How far in advance should I book for a birthday party?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for best vehicle selection, especially for popular dates (Fridays, Saturdays) and milestone ages (16, 21, 30, 40, 50). However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability—call us for urgent requests!
Can we bring decorations and birthday cake?
Absolutely! We provide complimentary birthday balloons and banners. You're welcome to bring additional decorations (no permanent adhesives), birthday cake, snacks, and drinks. We'll provide plates, napkins, and a table setup for cake cutting!
Is alcohol allowed in the limo?
Yes for 21+ birthday parties! Bring your own alcohol—we provide ice, cups, and coolers. For under-21 birthdays, soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages only. Zero tolerance for underage drinking (we ID everyone).
Can we make multiple stops at restaurants, clubs, and bars?
Yes! Most birthday packages include unlimited stops within your booked hours. Popular itineraries: dinner → club → bar → late-night food. Driver will coordinate timing and keep your party on schedule.
How do we split the cost among friends?
One person books and pays the deposit. Before the party, collect money from guests via Venmo/Cash App/Zelle. For large groups, the cost per person is very affordable (e.g., $1,200 party bus ÷ 30 people = $40/person).
What happens if the birthday person gets too drunk?
Our drivers are experienced professionals who handle it with care. We'll ensure they're safe and comfortable. Excessive vomit = $300 cleaning fee (split among group). We recommend pacing drinks and staying hydrated!
Can you help coordinate surprises?
Yes! We LOVE surprise birthdays! We can coordinate with you on pickup location, keep the limo hidden until reveal time, and even help plan routes for surprise destinations. Just let us know your plan!
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30+ days out: full refund minus $100 admin fee. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund (but you can reschedule to another date within 6 months).
