How much does event limo service cost?
Prices vary by vehicle size and duration. Typical party bus (holds 15-25) costs $600-1,200 for round-trip event service. Split among 20 friends = $30-60 per person. Way cheaper than Uber/Lyft surge pricing after big events! Luxury sedans start at $200.
Can we tailgate in the party bus?
Absolutely! Party bus tailgates are legendary. Bring your own food and drinks (alcohol allowed for 21+). Many buses have tables, coolers, and bar areas. We'll park at the stadium lot early so you can tailgate in style!
What about pickup after the event?
Driver coordinates pickup time and location with you before the event. They'll monitor event timing and be ready when you are. No surge pricing like rideshare apps—your price is locked in regardless of event end time!
How far in advance should we book?
For major events (Super Bowl, playoffs, big concerts), book 2-4 weeks ahead. Regular season games, 1-2 weeks is fine. Last-minute bookings 3-7 days out may work but vehicle selection is limited. Book early for best prices and vehicle choice!
Can we make stops before or after?
Yes! Many groups stop at bars/restaurants before or after events. Just let us know your plans when booking. Additional stops may add to total service time. Popular packages include: dinner + event, event + bar crawl, or full-day packages.
What if the event runs long (overtime, encore, etc.)?
No worries! Drivers build in buffer time and monitor event timing. If it runs significantly over, nominal hourly charges may apply (typically $75-150/hour depending on vehicle). But we'll NEVER leave you stranded!
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicles?
Yes for passengers 21+! BYOB is welcome in party buses and limos (bring your own cooler). We provide ice and bar setup. Strict ID checks for everyone. Zero tolerance for underage drinking or excessively intoxicated passengers.
What about parking at the venue?
YOU DON'T NEED PARKING! That's the beauty of limo service. We drop you at the venue entrance and pick you up afterward. For tailgating, we coordinate stadium lot parking for the bus (included in service). No $50+ parking fees for you!
