How far in advance should I book my wedding limo?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for Saturday weddings during peak wedding season (May-October). Popular dates and vintage vehicles book up quickly. However, we can accommodate some last-minute requests based on availability.
What's included in your wedding limo packages?
All packages include professional chauffeur service, vehicle decoration, complimentary champagne for bride & groom, red carpet service, beverages (water, soft drinks), fuel, mileage (within reason), and full insurance coverage. Gratuity and extended hours are additional.
Can I decorate the limousine myself?
We provide professional decoration (ribbons, bows, "Just Married" signs) at no extra charge. If you have specific decoration requests, please discuss them with us in advance. We don't allow permanent adhesives or decorations that could damage the vehicle.
How many hours should I book?
Most couples book 4-6 hours, which typically covers transportation from ceremony to reception with photo stops. If you need morning preparations, hotel pickups, or late-night departures, consider 8-10 hours. We can help you plan the right amount of time based on your specific timeline.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 90+ days before the wedding receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations 60-89 days out receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable, but you can reschedule to another date within 12 months.
Can we make stops for photos along the way?
Absolutely! Many couples request scenic photo stops between ceremony and reception. Just let us know your preferred locations in advance, and we'll build them into your timeline. Popular stops include parks, waterfronts, historic districts, and iconic city landmarks.
